Live jazz & world music in Kentish Town

Vocalist Kate Daniels recently returned from successful national tour visits the newly reopened Map Studio Cafe with her stellar band. Award winning Sardinian guitarist Giorgio Serci, distinguished bass player Alec Dankworth and virtuosic gypsy violinist Sarah Harrison join Kate to perform a rip roaring musical feast from gypsy jazz and hot club to Argentinian tango with Hoagy Carmichael, Jacques Brel and jazz standards in between.
Expect more than a concert. Kate has earned a reputation for the intimate and engaging relationship she creates with her audience, as, in the manner of a storyteller, she shines a light on the songs she sings and the lives and times of the great songwriters.
