Feast of St George

Come and celebrate St George’s Day in Trafalgar with traditional English food, family activities, music and more – all for free!

Organised by the Mayor, the Feast of St George is inspired by St George’s Day’s 13th century origins as a national day of feasting.

The mouth-watering line-up includes an English farmer’s market with stalls selling treats like hog roast, homemade pies and delicious cakes. All of which you can enjoy in our splendid banqueting area between the square’s iconic fountains.

You can also watch live demos from leading London chefs as they prepare English dishes from past and present in Cook’s Corner.

The afternoon will be sound-tracked by a variety of live music including the opportunity to have a good old sing song.

There’ll also be fun for kids, with a marquee full of family activities.
