Today, it is often argued that abortion is an issue which relies on a number of perspectives. Public panels on abortion are often criticised if they fail to reflect a female or a religious point of view. Some think that abortion is a universal moral and political concern, over which men have just as great a stake as women. Others think particular perspectives are vital to obtaining insight.

Does the abortion debate require particular perspectives? How important is identity to the way we think about abortion? Do some views matter more than others?

Come and join the London Legal Salon and Right to Life for the final debate in the series on Abortion and the Law.

Speakers: Tim Squirrel (Cambridge Union) and Ellamay Russell (Spiked Online)
