Create, Scratch, Refine, Repeat

Join us for the inaugural Morley Scratch Night and enjoy performances of work in progress from some of London’s most exciting up and coming theatre companies. The programme includes a thought-provoking selection of works that challenge gender and racial stereotypes, celebrity culture and definitions of sanity.

Four theatre companies have been selected to perform new shows before they are taken to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in the summer. Participants will be competing for the chance to win rehearsal space and a full show preview in the Morley Studio Theatre. Performances will be judged by an expert panel of professionals and audience members will have the chance to provide their feedback via a printed form, playing a part in the development of the performances before they are taken on the road.
