A DECADE ago, Digital City rose up an industrial lift shaft into a secret penthouse office to become a modern-day testimonial to the soul of the warehouse party. Since then contemporary and legendary electronic artists from Jon Hopkins to Plaid to Max Cooper have channelled their musical prowess through our canalside raves, loft art gallery parties, and Roots Manuva's recording studios, to establishments on the more legal side of the industrial space spectrum including Corsica Studios, the original T Bar, and now to the culmination of our work, and Digital City's Best of the Best: The Bussey Building. It is with great pride that we culminate our decade of warehouse parties. All our previous events at the Bussey building/CLF Art Cafe have sold out.

To celebrate this decade's worth of digital fun we've recruited some of the most celebrated discological innovators of our years, and are proud to present Cocoon, Soma Records and Glasgow's techno-soul pioneer, Funk D'Void, who’ll be playing his first London show in three years ahead of the rumoured 2015 release of his long awaited new album. This is of course the man who's worked with Underworld, Kevin Saunderson and New Order, while the Chemical Brothers famously finished their DJ sets with his era-defining track, Diabla. Leading his own Outpost Records imprint, Mr D'V is now re-defining the new era with artists like Chymera, Egbert and Ken Ishi setting the techno agenda.

Having themselves collaborated, remixed and worked with Max Cooper, Jon Hopkins, and Mr Manuva, it is with fitting pride that we re-introduce long-standing DC aficionados, Echaskech who will be playing their first live audio-visual show in over two years, and since the release of their acclaimed third album, which has seen them compared to Modeselektor, Ellen Allien and Apparat. IDJ gave them 9/10, DMC gave them Album of the Week, and DJ Magazine named them one of the hottest four names in dance music. This is why Echaskech hold the record for playing Digital City and why we've been so keen to nurse them out of hiding to make merry with us.

Completing the DC BDay double digits of high spirits is DFA, Eskimo and Cynic Music's Head Honcho, and one man acid disco machine, Felix Dickinson, who has exactly the right pre Criminal Justice Act rave orchestration credentials to match DC's demi-legal ethos. Freshly announced for this year's Sonar festival, Felix's show comes hot on the heels of sets at Berghain and Panorma Bar, Burning Man, Tokyo's Air, and of course his longstanding residencies all over the world as part of the Futureboogie crew.

Partying and playing alongside Digital City's residents, DJ BarryDark, Remote and Tentonatom, are an international selection of electro-techno mischief makers including Berlin's Skrufix labelchief, Shanghai Burton, the Czech Republic's Miami Bass and Meanbucket beatmaster, DJ Quime, Australia's own moodyman of deep house, Princip (live), and 24 hour global party crusader, Names of Nothing. Backed by banks of projectors, VJs Parallax and Mach V will be providing the crisp digital visual backdrop to the Bussey's panorama of white walls like only they know how.

Backed by banks of projectors, DC Film launches the event with a live AV installation of Soviet director Dziga Vertov’s ground breaking 1929 silent film, Man with a Movie Camera permeating the Bussey's panorama of white walls. Soundtracked by Bristol and Artifice records’ spatial house producer, Dosage, revelers will be encouraged to immerse themselves in the whole-room sensory experience while very much getting their wiggle on.
