Exhibition: In-Situ

An exhibition of etchings by Oscar Eaton created whilst on residency at East London Printmakers. In-Situ is inspired by man’s obsession with the exploration of geographical frontiers and his physical connection with nature in such extremes.

Focusing on four great expeditions of the 20th Century; Scott’s South Pole Expedition 1911-1912, Shackleton’s Trans-Antarctic Expedition 1914-1917, The British Mount Everest expeditions 1921-1924 and the American Apollo 11 moon landing 1969
