Social media is often promoted as the best way to attract attention to your work, ideas or brand, or as an effective away to sell your work to new audiences. Yet many creatives using social media – from filmmakers and designers to poets and playwrights – are finding it hard to get the results they want.

Whether you feel clueless or enthusiastic about Facebook, digital publishing, blogging or even live streaming, Digital Women UK’s online advice surgery Digital Clinic is going 'Live' to work with you to improve your social media marketing approach, and to feel more digitally confident to use the relevant platforms productively.

Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops, smartphones and tablets, and will be able to pitch their queries directly to Campbell. She will use the internet to showcase the best approaches and digital platforms and tools at this interactive event.

Digital Clinic Live will cover:
Targeting audiences
Who lives where on social media
Social media as a conversation
Building digital communities
Content curation
Digital publishing
Promoting your brand

Testimonial
Get Connected: Digital Women UK event
“What an inspiring day. To be in a room with so many creative, proactive, positive, original-thinking women, all willing to share their knowledge and experience was a rare and wonderful thing. It made me look at the digital world in a new way, and also understand more about what might have been holding me back.”
