Stella Artois Film Bursary Scheme Hosts Exclusive Screening Of The Connection

May 2015, London: This month sees the launch of the 2015 Stella Artois Film Bursary scheme, kick-starting with the support of foreign-language film, The Connection. The Bursary scheme offers standout independent films the chance to benefit from additional support and promotion. Set up in 2012 as a fund for exceptional independent films within the industry, it aims to place belief in talent beyond simple sponsorship.

The Connection is based upon the iconic cop film The French Connection in 1970’s Marseille. The Connection will be shown at a one-off event on 26th May at Hackney Picture House, followed by an exclusive event inspired by seventies Marseille and will include complimentary drinks.
