Run the streets. Spin the pedals. Climb the stairs of the world’s tallest hospital and fundraise for Guy’s new world-class Cancer Centre.

Join us for the very first Guy's Urban Challenge with a 2.4km run, 15km cycle on state of the art Wattbikes and a gruelling 29 floor stair climb up the world's tallest hospital building.

Step up on your own or in a relay team but places are limited so grab your place before it’s too late!

The event takes place around Guy's hospital grounds whilst the run route goes straight past the very building you're helping to complete - Guy's Cancer Centre.

Participants finish on the 29th floor of the world’s tallest hospital tower with spectacular views of London and a well-deserved celebratory party with VIP Guests, unique finisher medals, giveaways and more.

Our new Cancer Centre is set to be one of the largest in Europe, meeting the needs of over two million people across the South East. Each year we will see 20,000 suspected cancer cases and treat 6,500 cancer patients.
