Victoria Pendleton launches One Great Day

The 4th June 2015 heralds the second annual ‘One Great Day’ charity fundraising initiative in support of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity at St Christopher’s Place - the boutique London Shopping & Dining district located just behind the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street. After the success of last year’s “One Great Day” charity event, raising £12,000, St Christopher’s Place is once again teaming up with the charity to host a full day of fundraising initiatives set around its famous purple clad Piazza and nearby James Street (which will be traffic free for the first time ever), bringing together style and fundraising. Kicking off the event is the return of last year’s Cyclathon, which will see Olympian Victoria Pendleton CBE challenge over 40 teams of more than 120 local workers to take part in a race covering the distance from St Christopher’s Place to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
