Ceru Supper Club With Chef Tom Kime

Ceru’s Executive Chef Tom Kime hosting an evening of delicious, seasonal, Levantine food whilst enjoying unrivalled views of the City of London at the London Riviera. On 8th and 10th June, Tom Kime will showcase the best of his Levantine cuisine.

The Supper Club with Tom Kime is an outdoor dining experience under the lights of London’s most iconic monument, Tower Bridge where guests will enjoy a complimentary cocktail, a three course feast designed by Tom and a cleansing fresh juice, served by the Ceru Restaurant team.

During the evening, Tom will be sharing some tricks and tips in his approach to Levantine cuisine (you will finally master that homemade red pepper dip!)

Grilled butterflied leg of lamb with charmoula of roast red peppers, mint & coriander

Honey comb ice cream with spice poached apricots and roast pistachio brittle
