TRE (Tension/Stress Releasing Exercises) is a simple technique that uses exercises to release stress or tension from the body. The exercises aims to release deep tension from the body by evoking a self-controlled muscular shaking process in the body called neurogenic muscle tremors.
My workshops are not just about giving you a technique, I offer a safe space to connect with others in the workshop and be nourished. I have been running these workshop around the world and have trained hundreds of people in this technique including many therapist.
Workshop is facilitated by Amaranatho who was a Buddhist Monk for 15 years, he has been in leadership roles for most of his life, as a young adult in the computer industry, as well as a world explorer. He developed a lot of skills running residential retreats for large groups of people and later in corporate workshops. He creates a safe space for authentic communication and is a natural trouble shooter. Amaranatho is interested in the interpersonal aspect of mindfulness and how we can use our daily interaction with people to develop emotional resilience, kindness and peace. His approach is based on cutting edge science, ancient wisdom and the creative use of multi-media.
