This summer luxury French coffee brand CARTE NOIRE is showcasing a series of contemporary French cinema screenings, as part of its exclusive film festival: CARTE NOIRE Film Collection: Tales of Pure Emotion.

The next film in the series will see the UK cinematic premiere of Gemma Arterton’s ‘Gemma Bovery.’ Directed by Anne Fontaine (Coco Before Chanel, Chloe) to be exclusively screened at Everyman Cinema Hampstead on Monday 17 August at 8pm.

Complete with an intimate Q&A with director Anne Fontaine, the event will see film fans enjoy the highly-anticipated ‘Gemma Bovery’ four days ahead of its UK-wide cinema release.

Continuing CARTE NOIRE’s partnership with Everyman Cinemas, the film is the final in the series to take audiences on an emotional and intense journey, through contemporary European cinema and culture – complete with a suitably French twist.
