Funny Money! – A comedy by Ray Cooney

A hilarious comedy for all the family by Ray Cooney, the master of farce.

Henry Perkins accidently picks up the wrong briefcase – and finds it stuffed with money! He decides to keep it, and rushes home to tell his bewildered wife. But just as they are leaving to start a new life in Barbados, a detective arrives... he thinks Henry was doing something suspicious in the local pub... then yet another detective arrives to announce Henry's death... because his own briefcase has been found in the Thames next to a man peppered with bullet holes! The confusion deepens with the arrival of some friends for Henry's birthday party, along with an interfering taxi driver. Henry's desperate attempts to extricate himself from this situation inevitably leads to misunderstandings, mistaken identities and increasingly hysterical happenings!
