City Chorus Open Evening

City Chorus is looking for new singers in all voice parts. Please come to our Open Evening. Meet the choir, sing with us and have a glass of wine and other refreshments. We rehearse at the NatWest building, 1 Princes Street, EC2R 8BP, by Bank station, exit 1.

City Chorus is a non-auditioning choir. Some choral singing experience and music reading ability is advantageous, but not essential. All works are thoroughly rehearsed and sound files are available to help you learn the music.

We perform a wide range of music, from sixteenth-century motets to modern choral compositions and arrangements and present several concerts a year. Our musical director is Paul Ayres, our rehearsals and performances are accompanied by pianist and organist Philip Shannon and our concerts feature top professional musicians.
