Do Not Adjust Your Stage’s night of improv comedy inspired by guest expert speakers – THE WUNDERKAMMER – returns to the Nursery Theatre for the new season. Back in its spiritual home following tour dates to the USA, Green Man Fest and Natural History Museum.

The Wunderkammer brings together Ted-style talks from experts, enthusiasts and inspiring speakers, with improv comedy from one of the UK’s leading groups DNAYS. Neither the audience nor performers have seen the talks before, making for a unique evening of discovery and laughs!

Guest speakers this month:

PHIL LUNN – Phil Lunn will be exploring the concept of trust. Knowing who to trust, and what to trust, is an essential part of all our lives. But how do we know who can be trusted? How has this changed with modern society?

EMMA BYRNE – Dr Emma Byrne is a robot scientist who has spent the last decade working in artificial intelligence – partly to make up for her own totally real stupidity. She’s made machines that can see like humans, just so she would have someone to beat at video games. Along the way, she learned that the human visual system is a devious little sod, and that you can’t believe most of what you see.
