Veneti Kitchen Presents British Ingredients Venetian Style.
Taking you on a journey through Venetian food and drink. A Bit of Background . . . 9 years on the sporting event circuit, 9 more years at a high end London caterer and Chris decided it was time to use what he had learnt, otherwise known as pinching all the good ideas! With a passion for British ingredients and just a love for food and drink, this project is a culinary journey to satisfy the foodies out there. The exotic Venetian twist comes from Silvia, also with extensive years catering, but with a fresh outlook on food that really inspires. The inevitable Italian excitable manner in which it is portrayed, acts brilliantly to motivate (frighten) the team into feeling the real cuisine of Veneto. We have learnt the traditional Venetian way to cure meats, we have barrel sourced the wine, locally sourced our ingredients (including picking our own mushrooms and blackberries) and of course we had to do a hell of a lot of sampling to bring you this unique experience.
