Beginner's Guide to Wine

Our ever-popular introductory session takes you through a range of wine styles, countries and production methods. You’ll learn about corked wine, what defines dry, sweet and medium, what ‘body’ is, the importance of tannins and acidity, serving temperatures and decanting. The overall aim is to give you more confidence in all affairs of the grape while tasting some gems from our range.
