The UK’s first ‘Pheastival’ on Saturday 21st November will see top London chefs battle it out to create the ultimate pheasant bite and you can be front and centre for all the action.

Each chef will be up against the clock to see who can pluck a pheasant the quickest, then head down to the kitchen with their bird to prepare a selection of pheasant canapés, which will be shared out amongst the guests and judged by the loudest audience cheer!

Entertainment will also include:

• Tasty pheasant street food

• Live pheasant taxidermy demonstration

• Pheasant shooting with our laser indoor shooting range

• Live country music session musicians

• The chance to win beer with Long Arm Brewing Co hoopla

Tickets to attend the culinary battle of the winter cost just £5 and include a Sipsmith sloe gin cocktail on arrival. Throughout the day selected contestants from the competition will be holding live demos giving you the chance to taste their signature pheasant creations!

Watch the contestants fight it out from 1.30pm onwards (doors open at 1pm) at London's leading game restaurant, The Jugged Hare, in front of a stellar line-up of judges including food writer Neil Davey, Metro contributor Andy Lynes and breakfast presenter Jim Diamond of LBC radio.

To ensure you don’t miss out on the shooting, plucking and trussing, visit the National Pheasant Week website today to book your tickets.
