The Cookery School Day will work with Vanilla Black recipes adapted for the home kitchen, with flavours, textures and methods that will challenge you as a cook and make you consider what you consume. Learn from the professionals how to blend technical skill with minimalistic simplicity: this is forward-thinking food, cooked well. The day's workshop includes all food, a glass of wine when the hard work is done and a goody bag to take home with you. Pretty tasty, right? Suitable for 14 years and up.
