Christmas Pantomime: Sleeping Beauty

City Academy Musical Theatre Companies return this Christmas to present an original version of the pantomime classic 'Sleeping Beauty'.

Sleeping Beauty is the Musical Theatre Companies’ fourth Pantomime and for the first time this year we are treating you to a unique and beautiful performance space in the heart of Clerkenwell with The Crypt on the Green. Set as it is in a 'far off medieval kingdom' we hope this years venue will give you our most atmospheric pantomime yet.

Following the trials and tribulations of Princess Aurora in her quest to find love and happiness whilst plagued by the curse of the evil Maleficent, our ensemble will sing their hearts out and dance the night away in the fight between good and evil. We have featured some belting musical theatre tunes (and a good few heartfelt ballads) to give you a proper traditional Christmas Pantomime; a treat for all the family......and there’s even a dragon!!!
