In this session you'll get to know the ins and outs of 'Exits' from entrepreneurs who have sold their business, entrepreneurs who have acquired others, and our academic expert in M&A transactions.

Our awesome panel, moderated by Helen Reynolds from the Cass Entrepreneurship Fund, will guide you through this exciting and mysterious phase of your business, with plenty of opportunities for Q&A.

Sharing their experience, stories and advice with us:

Helen Reynolds has joined Cass to run the Cass Entrepreneurship Fund, focusing on making investments in great early stage companies with some commercial traction. She will also lead follow rounds and exits for both new and existing portfolio companies. She has fifteen years of SME finance experience. After beginning her career in management consultancy, Helen gained extensive venture capital experience at YFM Equity Partners and Oxford Technology Management, working on early stage investment funds and becoming an Investment Director in 2011. She has wide experience on the boards of various UK SMEs, including three years as an NED of IXICO, a pioneer in medical image management and analysis which is now AIM listed. Through her consultancy company, Expert Ventures, she has spent time working with Crowdcube on the London Co-Investment Fund as well as time with Grant Thornton and Clearly So, an impact investment advisory firm.
