Transforming Conflict & Adversity - Meditation Event

We all experience so many problems and uncertainties day after day and we naturally respond with worry and our mind becomes tight and uncomfortable. Kadam John McBretney will explain and guide meditations on how we can take control of our life by transforming life’s adversities into positive, enriching experiences. He will also explain how we can use practical Buddhist wisdom to replace worry, fear and anxiety with positive, constructive attitudes so that we can enjoy life with confidence.

Anyone can attend this meditation event; it will consist of teachings, meditation and discussion with breaks in between sessions. It is suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience. Everyone is welcome.
