This unique Saturday morning workshop, for 10 people only, starts with a tasting tour and shopping trip in Britain's greatest food market with expert Celia Brooks. Celia & guests will then join nutrition expert Bettina Cortezi in the market's beautiful CookHouse kitchen for a cooking workshop that focuses on fresh, fast, healthy food. You'll learn how to make a delicious green juice (yes, really delicious!), and plant-based seasonal recipes to boost your health and wellbeing. Bettina and Celia will discuss raw food, fermented foods, nut "cheeses", optimum nutrition, provenance and much more, while guests help with the food prep. Generous tasters will be available from the fresh and flavourful menu. A special goodie bag with market treats and one of Celia's signed cookbooks is also included in this unique shopping, cooking and tasting experience.
