Wicked tells the unbelievable story of a strange but strong relationship between two girls. They are as different as you can imagine: a blonde and popular Glinda, and Elphaba, a green girl nobody understands. They first meet as students of sorcery at Shiz University and form a profound bond.
When meeting The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, their friendship reaches a crossroads. After this, their lives take completely opposite paths. Glinda's desires popularity and is ultimately seduced by power. On the other hand, Elphaba is determined to stay true to herself her close ones, which will have unexpected consequences for her own future. Their ventures in Oz in the musical Wicked will see them, in the end, fulfil their respective destinies. Glinda becomes the Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.
