On Thursday 23rd June 2016, Cifas will host its annual conference at the Institute of Engineering and Technology in central London. Over the previous five years the Cifas annual conference has grown into the must attend event for anyone with an interest in the area of fraud, financial and cyber crime and security.
What crimes will be committed in the future?
How well prepared are we for the emerging threats?
Will existing crimes merely evolve – or will we see something completely different to what our society has experienced before?
Over the course of the day, national and international experts will discuss the new threats to organisations which are predicted to emerge over the next few years. The event will also examine how organisations and the law will need to adapt in the face of changing public attitudes towards identity, privacy and the use of personal data.
