Four wines from Three Eight Four's list – chosen by owner Liam Brown, will square up against four challengers from our top suppliers, all keen to make it as Wine of the Month.

Get a unique insight into the factors influencing how professionals put together a list and be part of the process. After tasting, discussing and voting with Liam and Honest Grapes, you decide which wines will triumphant....until next time.

Wine Battle 1 with ’Nduja - Fiery Calabrian sausage with ricotta topped with a quail’s egg
Sherry Battle 1 with Gordal olives, stuffed with orange and rolled in oregano
