Amatriciana Day at Pasta Remoli

Due to the recent earthquake tragedy in Amatrice, Pasta Remoli are holding a special event in partnership with Lupi di Londra on Tuesday 6th September, at 7.40pm called ‘Amatriciana Day’. During this event, £3 from every Amatriciana dish sold will go towards supporting Italian families who have lost their homes and are in desperate need of support as a result of this recent disaster.

The Amatriciana is made up of Guanciale, red wine and tomato sauce and Pecorino Romano. A truly delicious dish, and a household favourite here at Pasta Remoli! The theme of this special event is to celebrate the native dish from Amatrice – The Amatriciana – while also giving back to a city so loved by Pasta Remoli.

The earthquake in this beautiful place has broken the beloved city and has left our Italian brothers and sisters without a home, and we want to tell them all WE ARE WITH YOU!
