LEFFE® PARTNERS WITH PICTUREHOUSE CINEMAS TO SERVE A FILM TO SAVOUR
‘Hop-Up’ cinema screening for beer and film lovers

WHAT: ‘HOP-UP’ PICTUREHOUSE IN ASSOCIATION WITH LEFFE®
Picturehouse Cinemas and Digital Cinema Media have teamed up with Belgian abbey beer, Leffe, to bring people an evening of fine film and beer as they host an exclusive ‘hop-up’ event at Peckham Asylum, the grade-two listed former chapel.

Movie buffs will get chance to rediscover time with the 1993 Billy Murray hit Groundhog Day, as well as an exclusive screening of SLOW TIME, a short documentary film commissioned by Leffe exploring six artists’ unique appreciation of time.

Beer fans will get to relax and enjoy a glass of Leffe Blonde, paired with a specially curated menu of cheese and beer-infused charcuterie, as well as some popcorn to feast on. Premium Leffe branded deckchairs and blankets will be on hand to provide a comfortable seat to savour the film and beer evening.

The event marks the last date of the Picturehouse Summer Tour in association with Digital Cinema Media and Leffe, a series of pop-up screenings across various locations in the UK on 10 consecutive weekends over the summer.
