Islington Menorah Lighting

Come join the 6th annual Islington Menorah Lighting, a free celebration for the whole community to mark Chanukah, the Jewish festival of lights.

Witness the ceremony of lighting the nine-branch Menorah, hear a Klezmer band play Jewish music, sing traditional songs, and indulge in free savoury and sweet treats: doughnuts and hot cocoa sponsored by Gelbergs, a variety of latkes, and tea sponsored by Piacha.

The evening will feature plenty of free entertainment for all ages, including face painting and CASS ART crafts tent for the little ones, glow-in-the-dark entertainment, and raffle with exciting prizes from our generous sponsors. To enter the raffle, please visit website.
