Re:Solutions is a 30 day health and wellness festival happening throughout January in the heart of Brick Lane, at the Truman Brewery.

New Year's resolutions can be daunting, militant regimes. Add January blues to the mix and it can all get a bit bleak. That's why we've decided to take refuge together for the month of January, within the warm, wood panelled walls of Juju's Bar & Stage at the Old Truman Brewery.

May the Christmas whirlwind of decadence be behind us. Yet may the festive cheer remain. Re:Solutions is all about bringing back the mindfulness while keeping the balance. Drop into morning or lunchtime yoga classes daily; or come and meditate to the ambient sounds of a guitar; keep an eye out for motivational social sports club talks and screenings, mini-retreat weekends, a fresh juice bar, and more. January is a time to recentre; a time to reconnect; and most importantly a time to be good to yourself and have a laugh while doing it. So drop into a class – and then stay for a glass of Prosecco at the end of a hard day, because it really is all about the balance.

Offering you a full program to dip in and out of throughout the month. Or come and get some headspace at the Juju Bean Café, serving fresh juices and smoothies, healthy treats (and some not-so-healthy), coffee, teas, wifi... A new calm place to relax and reflect on what 2017 will bring.
