May sees us Rock 229 once more with some firm AK faves, as well as some exciting new faces!
After impressing promoters Absent Kelly at previous shows, Crystal X are back! Crystal X are a London female fronted ambient rock band began their journey in the the depths of a dingy old garage, but now have tours lined up with members of Rock heavyweights like The Eagles and Toto! The thrashing guitar riffs and soaring vocals of their latest single “Good Girl” is sure to carve their legacy in the institutional power house of British Rock!
London based four piece Perfect Flaws will draw you in with their perfectly flawed blend of raging choruses, beautiful harmonies and pounding drums. They’re rough and ready and oh so infectious!
Origami Heart are a five piece from Farnborough whose music is packed full of four-part vocal harmonies, catchy melodies and technical guitar riffs. A good time is pretty much guaranteed.
Joining us all the way from Preston for the show is Breaking Waves. This duo play Melodic Rock, reminiscent of Royal Blood and are known for their energetic stage shows.
The Hellfire Club are a trio from Brighton who are all about playing huge live shows, bringing their hard-hitting, ballsy Rock to the stage. Expect classically influenced Hard Rock and plenty of it!
Opening the show is April33, a trio from Leicester who play electro-goth-rock group influenced by the likes of Depeche Mode, Nine Inch Nails, Sisters Of Mercy.
