In this mindful-to-go workshop, we’re learning how to practice mindfulness during our busy day.

We will learn a series of short mindfulness practices.

One of the first obstacles for practitioners is thinking that they don’t have time.

When they realise they can practice one minute mindfulness, they start to feel excited and energised.

It’s possible to gain experience of meditation and mindfulness within our own life.

Of course we can read about it, watch videos, travel to eastern countries, read books, download apps, but attending a live retreat can give us a boost of confidence, where we can discover how to gently bring mindfulness into our life. Meet with like-minded practioners and discuss our experience in a supportive, relaxed environment.

In this mindful-to-go retreat you will learn ten different guided practices.

After the retreat, you will be able to practice on your mobile & online, download and enjoy.

The practices that you learn are very dynamic, they can be practiced in many different areas of your life.

You can be sitting down in a formal setting, on a bus or tram, standing up somewhere, waiting in a queue, walking, waiting.

With creativity you can learn to engage in the practices in a variety of locations, places, scenarios and make progress in naturally reducing stress and anxiety.

The pracitces we will learn on this retreat are brief and short – easy to memorise and practice.
