London’s first health fair, Ayurveda For Everyone, is based on the ancient Indian principles of Ayurveda and is part of the Second International Ayurveda Congress, taking place on the same dates. Bringing together world experts and leading suppliers of Ayurvedic therapies and preparations from UK, Europe and India, Ayurveda For Everyone will highlight how diet and nutrition, exercise, lifestyle and meditation, can promote good health and longevity.
