This Summer, Tate Britain will be launching a series of Saturday Jazz brunches on the terrace lawn. From 12 noon a live three-piece Jazz trio will perform setting the scene for a relaxed afternoon of fine food and drink.

The Rex Whistler Restaurant will be serving dishes from its new seasonal summer lunch menu alongside brunch favourites. Menu highlights include freshly shucked Oysters, Eggs Benedict and Bloody Mary cocktails alongside seasonal British seafood, hand-cut steak tartare and fine British cheese.

Guests can enjoy the great offerings from Tate Britain’s award-winning wine cellar as well as a variety of Tate Made cocktails including a selection of new gins from all over the globe, paired with some of the most interesting tonics available.

The Jazz brunch series will kick off on Saturday, July 8th with Booth Street West, a traditional jazz trio made up of experienced and award-winning jazz musicians playing old-school classics. Blind Tigers, a quirky New Orleans style jazz group made up of some of London’s finest young musicians, will be entertaining diners the following Saturday with a varied repertoire including fun, modern pop and New Orleans-style interpretations of jazz standards.
