British Fish Craft Championships

The British Fish Craft Championships’ 65th anniversary will be held this year at Billingsgate Market in London on the 26th – 27th of August. Hosted by The National Federation of Fishmongers, the event is the largest in the country for fishmongers and will showcase some of Britain’s top fishmongers, who will travel from across the country to compete. On the day, fishmongers will battle it out in a range of competitions that will test their traditional fish and poultry craft skills. A panel of expert judges will award points based on performance, presentation, hygiene and general appearance. The general public can attend the event free of charge and purchase fish on the day.
