Join Yoga instructor Aoife Espinosa for an hour long Dynamic Hatha Yoga session suitable for all levels of experience before the doors open to the public. Then enjoy a specially created tour of the V&A collections to get your weekend off to the best possible start.

Finally, of course, you can take in the V&A's world-renowned collections after enjoying your choice of freshly brewed hot drink.

Please bring along your own yoga mat.
