Telegraph Gin Experience

The Telegraph Gin Experience will return to London for its third year at the Roof Gardens in Kensington on August 1st and 2nd, 2017. London’s most luxurious gin festival will feature world-renowned spirit experts, exclusive new masterclasses and over 40 gins from around the world available for sampling.

The private gin fair will be hosted by The Telegraph’s spirit experts Susy Atkins,
Neil Ridley and Joel Harrison, who will help both connoisseurs and those new to gin find their perfect blend.

Fever-Tree return as the main event partner, hosting an exclusive masterclass, ‘The Simplicity of the Perfect G&T’ in which guests will be guided through the wonderful world of gins, tonics and garnishes to find their perfect combination. Other masterclasses created for the event are ‘The Capital Bracer’ by Portobello Road Gin and The Ginstitute, that will take guests on a journey through the history of the mixed drink, and finally ‘The Four Cocktails that Changed the World’ hosted by Neil Ridley and Joel Harrison. In this masterclass our hosts will share the unique stories and flavours of the Negroni, Martini, Martinez and Singapore Sling, to demonstrate gin's significance in the world of classic drinks.

Guests at The Telegraph Gin Experience will have the opportunity to experience over 40 different gins from the dozen brands featured at the event that include Edinburgh Gin, Caorunn, Brockmans and, for the first time, D1 and No. 3 Gin. Aviation and Death’s Door become the first American gins to attend the event.

All showcased gins will be available for purchase at an exclusive pop-up shop.

Two types of tickets are available – The Telegraph Gin Experience Ticket (£60) and the Masterclass Experience Upgrade Ticket (£75). The Telegraph Gin Experience Ticket includes a welcome Caorunn and Fever-Tree cocktail, access to the private gin fair, a sumptuous summer barbecue and an engraved Glencairn copa tasting glass. In addition, the Masterclass Upgrade Ticket will also give guests a choice of one of the three masterclasses.
