Bombardier Beer's "A Pint With A Unique Character"

Bombardier Beer is inviting people to come and have a pint with unique character, Rick Buckler, legendary drummer of English punk and rock band The Jam. Hosting an intimate chat during a ‘lock-in’ event at The Pelton Arms pub (23-25 Pelton Rd, Greenwich, London, SE10 9PQ) on Wednesday 23rd August from 18:00-20:00, Rick will be revealing details about his time with one of Britain’s most successful bands whilst recounting tales of some of the interesting characters he has met along the way.

Known for their smartly tailored suits, The Jam infused mainstream 1960s rock and R&B influences. Their unique sounds and combinations placed them at the very forefront of a nascent mod revival movement, leading to a number of top hits including four No.1 singles. In 2017, the band is celebrating the 40th anniversary of their first two albums releasing, In the City and This is the Modern World, which were both released in 1977 to critical acclaim.

The intimate event will be limited to just 50 people, with tickets including a complimentary pint of Bombardier and free food.
