For Schweppes, alchemy is the magical creation of something new, and at its latest pop-up bar you’ll discover just that with perfect taste pairings from the past and curious cocktail combinations straight from the hands of the city’s best mixologists.

The secret Schweppes Alchemy Bar is a bar within a bar; inviting London’s cocktail lovers to explore the curious world of the original alchemist, Jacob Schweppe, and experience 250 years of expertise brought bubbling to life with the latest creations from London’s most revered modern-day alchemists, including experiential experts Smith & Sinclair and mixologist mastermind and Drinks Expert for Schweppes, Tony Conigliaro.

Open in Covent Garden to celebrate London Cocktail Week, 02-12 October, The Schweppes Alchemy Bar will offer a menu of unconventional flavour pairings and cocktails spanning the periodic table, as well as the Schweppes Laboratory Experience, something extra special for guests looking to delve deeper into the science of cocktail making.

Guests who book the Schweppes Laboratory Experience will be handed the keys to a hidden bar where they will take part in an exclusive cocktail-making session from the lost notebooks of the master alchemist himself, and learn the elusive art of bottling bubbles – with the chance to take home their very own edible G&T flavoured bubbles! - before finishing in Jacob’s secret study to enjoy an exclusive taste of Schweppes’ newest creation.
