UberEATS has joined forces with one of Britain’s best-known food artists, Emma Thomas (AKA Miss Cakehead) and British Chef and owner, Jim Thomlinson of London Mess and Prawnography, to create a very gruesome menu in celebration of Halloween.

The ‘Trick or EATS’’ taster menu is a gory, yet delicious four course meal made up of a selection of Abscess of Prawn, One Meter of Pork Intestine, Creepy-Crawly Couscous and Severed Fingers for dessert. The dishes use fresh, in-season products such as crosnes (particularly seasonal artichoke) and black trompette mushrooms, along with ingredients such as bone marrow, rare breed pork sausages and mealworms. Prepared by a team of highly trained chefs the dishes will be available to Londoners via the UberEATS app for one night only - Halloween - Tuesday 31 October.

The menu may look terrifying, but underneath is a host of foodie flavours created by Jim Thomlinson and fully approved for human consumption at his pop up restaurant inside London street food hot spot Dinerama.

Chef and owner of London Mess and Prawnography, Jim Thomlinson, said: “I love manipulating people’s minds with food, using gory ingredients to create a high end gastronomic experience. My favourite dish to create was the One Metre Pork Intestine - the flavours, colours and textures are out of this world.

“It’s great to be able to take the Trick or EATS menu into people’s homes and give them something completely unique to experience this Halloween.”

The menu includes four tantalising courses designed to terrify and amuse all who dare to order. Delivered in blood soaked, bandaged boxes with sauces served in syringes, it’s sure to get hearts pounding…
