Guinness x Chin Chin Labs

Thursday 2nd November marks International Stout Day, and to celebrate, Guinness and ice cream parlour Chin Chin Labs have teamed up to create a sundae with a difference - deliciously inspired by the world famous stout.

The ‘Guinness Sundae’ comprises of a flavoursome Guinness ice cream, on top of a chocolate potato cake that’s drenched in a chocolate fudge sauce - a celebration of Guinness and the landscape that shaped it! The creation uses Chin Chin Lab’s signature liquid nitrogen freezing technique - a partnership made in heaven, considering Guinness is the world’s most recognised nitrogenated beer.
 
The sundaes will be available to buy at Chin Chin Labs stores across London and on Uber Eats for one week only from 2nd-8th November. To mark the launch, on International Stout Day itself (2nd November), 100 free Guinness Sundaes will be given out for free from 1pm at Chin Chin Labs Soho branch.
