Trinity Laban String Ensemble present a wide ranging programme of works for strings, from Janá?ek’s second surviving large-scale instrumental work from 1878, to Arvo Pärt’s Summa, scored for string orchestra over a century later in 1990, and John Adams’ minimalist Shaker Loops. Also featuring the UK premiere of a new work by Gregory Rose and a new commission from Trinity Laban composition student Kieron Smith.
