Guest Chef Series in The Park at Pear Tree Cafe

Dor Harel, an Israeli chef with one of the best palettes around, has created Adama, a Plant Powered Vegan Pop-up that is coming to the Pear Tree Cafe on the evening of the 29th November. Having worked at some top kitchens around the world in locations including Tel-Aviv, Sydney, Amsterdam and London, where he worked at Skye Gyngell’s Spring, Dor has put together an exquisite vegan feast with dishes such as green and yellow pea falafel; roasted English roots with fava and fermented chilli paste; winter pakora with preserved lemon chutney and Herts and Essex roasted quince and winter nut crumble with cardamom ‘Mylk' for pudding.
