In the first weekend of December Midori House will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland for the sixth year in a row. Spreading yuletide cheer in the heart of London, The Monocle Christmas Market is home to the magazine’s favourite retailers, handpicked from Scotland, Stockholm and beyond. Both indoors and out, the magazine’s Marylebone headquarters will become a cosy marketplace complete with grazing reindeer, warming glu?wein, Japanese gift wrapping, Christmas trees, fairy lights, Monochan the owl and, of course, Santa – all the way from Rovaniemi in Finland. Christmas-loving nations will sell their favourite wares and offer tantalising treats, The Monocle Cafe? will dish up warm and hearty meals, and the Monocle team will be on hand to share holiday tips and gift advice.
