The classes have been expertly created to encourage and educate the next generation of food lovers, with Adam’s simple and tasty menu of chicken escalope followed by a gooey chocolate brownie. Adam and his team begin the class by talking the children through the meal that they’ll be preparing before demonstrating exactly how it is done. The amateur chefs then take to the pans to create their own two-course menu for both themselves and their parent or guardian to enjoy together. When tucking into the culinary masterpieces, prepared and plated up by the little ones, celebrated chef Adam will be on hand to offer any further cooking tips or foodie advice.
