Fear not! In this practical session you will learn how to pair food and wine to perfection examining how the main flavours in food - acid, salt, sweetness and umami - impact your perception of taste for different types of wine.

You’ll leave with the ability to look beyond the core ingredient of a dish and to instead use a dishes flavour profile to select a the perfect wine for pairing; Just like a professional sommelier.
