The 9th August sees Butlers Wharf Chop House, near London Bridge, host the first ever Fine v Filthy burger off, to coincide with Mr Hyde’s National Burger Day. Seven chefs will go head to head to be crowned the ultimate champion and receive the winning trophy. Restaurants taking part include BOBO Social, Bluebird, Lucky Chip, South Place Chop House, 100 Wardour Street and Butler’s Wharf Chop House.

Every chef will create a slider size burger for guests to try before they choose their winner. The chefs have come up with some truly indulgent combinations such as the Debauchery Burger with wagyu beef, Ogleshield Cheese, confit of shitake mushrooms & onion and shaved truffle served in a buttermilk bun with bacon mayo from Michael at BOBO Social; boneless short rib with foie gras and kimchi mayo from Matt at Butlers Wharf Chop House and American cheese with smoked bacon, bone marrow onion jam, chipotle gherkin relish, iceberg lettuce, crispy shallot rings and pickles served in a milk bun from Kim at 100 Wardour Street.

The winner will be announced at the end of the evening and awarded the winning trophy. Tickets are £20 and will include a slider from each chef, a drink from both Bullet Whiskey and Harviestoun Brewery and chips and sides will be circulating throughout the evening to accompany the burgers.
