2019, nearly 40 years later, and what kind of society do we live in? In the current political and social climate are we more individualistic, are we more alone within our communities, and CAN WE STILL HAVE A GOOD TIME AT THE DISCO?
Die or Run is about society and politics, self-help and anxiety, big hair and 80s disco, and looks at how our mental health has been influenced by political ideology.
Hannah Ringham (SHUNT co-founder) and Glen Neath (Darkfield) have been working together since 2010. Previous shows include: Free Show (Bring Money) was presented at BAC, Soho Theatre, toured and featured as part of the British Council Edinburgh Showcase at Summerhall in 2011. WEDDING, a co-production with Shoreditch Town Hall, also toured to the Edinburgh Fringe in 2014.
