Regent’s Place and Paddington Central have partnered with Square Mile Farms to offer a virtual session with their registered Nutritional Therapist Jill. ‘How to Eat and Sleep for Optimal Energy’, will be held virtually on Zoom at 5pm Sunday 4th October, the session will consider the different ways in which we can enhance our overall quality of life by making changes in our diet and lifestyle, and how to begin implementing these changes.

Starting at 5pm, Jill will provide attendees with information on how their diet and sleep routines may be impacting their energy levels, how to deal with this, and which foods boost brain function and concentration. The workshop is bound to be an eye-opener for all when it comes to healthy habits and self-awareness. What’s more, Jill will be showing guests how to make their own DIY sleep spray, to ensure a restful nights sleep.

With over 10 years of experience Jill helps people achieve and maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle by providing personalised, science-based health programmes that address stressors and imbalances in the body.

This exclusive experience is free of charge, with an option to donate to the North Paddington Food Bank, a local charity established in W9 and has been serving the community since 2014.
